I absolutely love drinking games, half the reason I even drink. Some games I found were cumbersome to play without the right equipment, namely the dice game. When trying to play it on the move once, I realised this would be pretty straight forward to code, and so I hacked together a barebones one on Godot. This inspired me to consider making more drinking game apps as the market is pretty wide open, fuckin piccolo being the only nameworthy one and I think we’re all done with piccolo by now >.>
Based on a game called the Dice game we learned in Prague. I tracked down and noted down all the rules as we played, basically tracking down and begging the hostel staff to send me the rules I didnt remember.
Essentially boils down to each combination of 2 dice results in a new game rule like ring of fire. Most of it is dare based and very action oriented, than just casual talking drinking games like Piccolo or Ring of Fire.
Based on a videogame Buckshot Roulette. A simple chance game like russian roulette, with the added bonus of drinking. At its core its the same, limited number of live and blank rounds, each subsequent shot becoming higher probability of a live round.
Except. You can shoot yourself OR others. You could be boring and just aim at others, but if you choose to shoot yourself, its a hearty gambit. If its live, of course the person shot drinks. If you miss someone else with a shot, you drink twice. If you shoot yourself with a blank however - everyone else in the game, drinks 4 times (had to temper it down from “everyone else down your drink”).
